Thanksgiving
So this year for thanksgiving Jon and I did separate things. Jon had to work so he hung out here in St George with his sister and her family. I went to Phoenix!
It was so nice to see my family! I stayed with my mom Wed thru Sat. We ate at Darren's home on Turkey day, Jenny made all the food and it was very very tasty. I had a great time. I loved hangin with his family and talking about our family and getting to know each other better. Friday my mom took me to an Arts and Crafts show at her Sun City Rec center. There were so many crafts! We visited my Aunt Pat and Dixie and My cousin Rick and his family. It was such an uplifting and rejuvenating experience. It was exactly what I needed, seeing my family was so WONDERFUL! I talked with my mom A LOT about my family, about her, about my ancestors. It really was a spiritual experience getting to know more about my family and feel more connected with them.
Saturday I spent my time with the Merrills! Seeing my best friends was so much fun. Me and Betty went out to eat and saw New Moon. Then we just hung out at her home just chatting and catching up. their son Porter is so freakin cute!! I loved holding him and playing with him. Hopefully all works out for Jon and I to go and see them again for Super Bowl weekend!! can I get a woot woot for FOOTBALL!!
And of course I forgot my camera so i have nothing to show you :(
For Christmas I will do better with the pictures..lol
