Reverence

Today in church, Jon and I spoke in sacrament meeting on reverence. We got a lot of laughs and because of how cut and dry and straight forward the talks were the whole congregation was paying attention. This is our 7th ward in 7 years of marriage, so we were ok with speaking. It was a very good topic for us to study since I know we struggle with Reverence. We are glad we have church at 9am so we could get it over with:) and now we don't have to worry about it for the rest of the year!! yeah!! Well Happy New Year everybody.

Christmas in Kansas

For christmas this year I went to Kansas to spend the holiday with Alison and her kids. Jon stayed home because he had to work. I was gone for a week and had such a great time! It was cold and snowy but it was really neat spending time with them. We made christmas cookies, went sledding, got sick, played with christmas presents, attempted acting out the christmas story :), watched movies and had loads of fun. Enjoy the pics below!
